As part of new regulations from the US Department of Education, we are posting various information related to Title IX and the commitment of Golva Elementary School to comply with these laws.

Our Investigator is: Taryn Sveet, Beach High School Principal
Our Decision-Maker is: Lynn Swanson, Lincoln Elementary School Principal (Beach)
Our Appeal Decision-Maker is: David Wegner, Beach School District Superintendent.
All of the above individuals were trained in the latest Title IX regulations and guidance on August 7th and 10th, 2020. In addition, Dr. Tharp received 6 hours of additional training from the Montana School Boards Association in November of 2021.
